Abby Bailey Joins Teneo as a Managing Director in Dubai

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Abby Bailey as a Managing Director based in Dubai.

Abby has extensive experience in campaign development and execution, communications management and public relations strategies implementation across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Delivering communications-led programs to support business, commercial and strategic priorities, Abby is focused on reputational development, regulatory and policy support, crisis management and strategic decision and policy making. Abby is a passionate supporter of the development of teams and identification of future leaders.

With more than 20 years of experience, Abby has worked in a variety of roles relating to communications across the Middle East, Europe and Asia Pacific, developing a wealth of experience at multinational corporations, nongovernmental organizations and in public service. She has extensive experience across several industries, including logistics, manufacturing, construction, consulting and government. Most recently, Abby was the head of Corporate Communications in the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa region for FedEx Express.

Abby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (Politics and English Literature) from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
