Teneo Appoints Athul Ravunniarath as a Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Athul Ravunniarath as a Managing Director with the firm’s Management Consulting business. Athul will serve as the Commercial Diligence Lead for Teneo’s global Private Equity Growth practice.

Athul has advised investors and management teams across a wide range of software and IT services businesses, helping clients identify growth drivers and competitive advantages across the value chain. His experience includes working with next-generation cybersecurity, Human Capital Management (HCM) and IT infrastructure platforms, as well as Office of the CFO solutions and the broader ecosystem of managed service providers (MSPs) and value-added resellers (VARs).

Prior to joining Teneo, Athul was a Managing Director at Stax, where he focused on software and IT services. Earlier in his career, he was a Consultant at Altman Solon, specializing in strategy and transaction advisory across the technology, media and telecom sectors.
