We hire talented individuals with excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Our Associate Consultants come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Though there are some core strengths required, the key quality we are looking for is a positive attitude to working in a challenging environment, paired with a willingness to learn.

  • Excellent teamwork skills, with evidence of the ability to work effectively alongside those from all backgrounds
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with a logical approach to problem solving
  • High level of numeracy (A grade at Maths GCSE, A-Level, or equivalent)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to balance accuracy with productivity
