Angela Campbell-Noë

Senior Managing Director

Angela Campbell-Noë is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Singapore.

Over the course of over 30 years as a strategic advisor, Angela has counselled the CEOs of many high-profile organisations and corporations in managing strategic transformations, M&A, privatisations and regulatory challenges. She has also guided CEOs through operational, financial, supply chain and legal crises as well.

Angela joined Teneo in 2023 following the firm’s acquisition of Tulchan Communications and leads many of the firm’s largest regional client relationships, spanning a wide variety of sectors including consumer, aviation, financial services, industrial and technology.

Prior to joining Teneo, Angela was Senior Partner for Tulchan Communications Asia, a business she founded in Singapore in 2010. Under her guidance and through building a strong team, Tulchan Communications established itself as a pre-eminent advisor on critical reputational issues for local corporates, private entities and MNCs in South East Asia.

Prior to founding Tulchan, Angela was CEO of an AIM listed company in the business services sector, Hat Pin Plc from 2004 to 2008, following a sixteen year investment banking career, spanning Europe, the US and Australia. She was trained at Goldman Sachs in the Special Execution Team before joining the Specialist M&A Group at Barings, focused on the food and beverage sector. She then joined Bankers Trust in an IDB coverage role and when BT was acquired by Deutsche Bank, she forged a strong investment banking franchise, specialising in global luxury goods and non-food retail.

Angela received her MA in jurisprudence from Oxford University.
