On 3 November 2025, Ms. Eleanor Fisher of Teneo (Cayman) Limited and Mr. Charles Thresh of Teneo (Bermuda) Limited were appointed Joint Voluntary Liquidators of the Company by way of special resolution of Fleming Reinsurance Holdings LLC, the sole member of the Company (the “Sole Member”).

Subsequently, on 13 January 2026, an order was made by the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands (the “Cayman Court”) to continue the liquidation under the supervision of the Cayman Court (the “Supervision Order”) and appoint Charles Thresh and Eleanor Fisher as Joint Official Liquidators (“JOLs”) of the Company.

The First Meeting of the Company’s creditors will be held at 11:00 am Cayman Islands time / 12:00pm Bermuda time on Tuesday 3 March 2026 by telephone conference from the offices of the JOLs.
