Vanessa Rudder is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in Sydney.
She has more than 20 years of experience providing restructuring and insolvency advice to corporates, lenders and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, including Australia, the UK and Europe.
Vanessa has deep expertise in cross-border restructurings, contingency planning, options analysis, cash flow and liquidity reviews, fraud related insolvencies and distressed M&A. She has led major assignments including the receivership and sale of private aged care assets, negotiation and implementation of the Deed of Company Arrangements in a variety of sectors including manufacturing and retail.
Prior to joining Teneo following its acquisition of PwC’s Australian Business Restructuring Services unit, Vanessa was a Director at the firm.
Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Business (Major in Accounting, Minor in Tax Law) from the University of Western Sydney. She is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA), is JIEB Qualified (UK IP licence) and a Fellow of INSOL International.
