Tomas Vitas is an Associate Director with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Brussels.

Tomas advises clients on advocacy campaigns, technology policy and geopolitics in Brussels and globally. He also represents Teneo Brussels at committee and working group meetings of the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union, where he previously served as co-chair of the Virtual Worlds (Metaverse) Working Group.

In 2024, Tomas was part of the COP29 Campaign team, supporting the COP29 Presidency in setting its agenda and coordinating with UN agencies, including UNDP and ITU. He also helped bridge together the various UNFCCC Parties by delivering impact across major engagement moments, in the most consequential settings globally, in the lead-up to and during the conference.

Tomas joined Teneo after working at an advisory firm in Brussels, where he advised organizations on advocacy campaigns. Before that, he worked in public relations at Amazon’s EU headquarters in Luxembourg. He has also completed placements with POLITICO in Brussels, a Web3 consultancy in Geneva, Invest Europe association in Brussels and Startup Lithuania government agency in Vilnius.

Tomas holds a degree in Political Science and Law from Sciences Po Paris.
