Tom Williams is a Director in Teneo’s Pensions Advisory team. Tom advises pension trustees, corporates and lenders on employer covenant in a scheme valuation context, and across a range of restructuring and transaction scenarios.

Tom joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business, he has over 10 years’ experience advising pension stakeholders and prior to that a background in delivering restructuring transactions.

His focus is advising corporate and trustee clients on employer covenant, providing covenant advice in triennial valuations, restructuring and transaction situations. His pension clients comprise employers in number of sectors including aviation, financial services, utilities, consumer products and retail.

As well has his own extensive experience, Tom is practiced in leveraging the skills of wider Teneo to deliver rounded solutions for his clients.

Tom qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009 within Deloitte’s audit practice.
