Tom Davies is an Associate Director with Teneo’s Strategy & Communications business, based in London.

With over six years of experience in financial and corporate communications and investor relations, Tom has advised clients across a range of sectors and geographies.

Working with private and public companies, Tom’s experience spans special situations including IPOs, M&A, crisis incidents, ESG, and corporate restructuring activity.

Prior to joining Teneo, Tom worked in the capital markets team at Instinctif Partners. Tom’s career also includes nine months in the Civil Service wroking as a policy advisor at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.

Before beginning his career in financial and corporate communications, Tom completed history degrees at the universities of Oxford and York.
