Stuart Morris is a member of Teneo’s Financial Advisory team in London, having joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business.

Stuart has a wide range of restructuring experience, supporting stakeholders of businesses in a variety of distressed situations to devise and implement solutions. His recent experience has included providing contingency planning advice to corporates and the development and implementation of CVAs to support business’ turnaround plans. He has also provided financial advisory support to senior management teams through a number of consensual restructurings.

Stuart recently advised on the development and implementation of the UK’s first financial and operational restructuring of a consumer business using a Part 26A Restructuring Plan.

Stuart is a member of the ICAEW and is a qualified insolvency practitioner.
