Stuart Brown is an Associate Director in Teneo’s Financial Advisory business in Australia.
Stuart has over eight years of experience advising corporates facing financial and operational challenges. He specialises in supporting businesses requiring balance sheet restructuring or operational transformation, working closely with directors, shareholders, lenders and investors to deliver value-enhancing solutions across a broad range of industries and jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Teneo, Stuart was an Associate Director in the Restructuring team at PwC.
Stuart has a particular focus on providing hands-on support to management teams in addressing cash flow pressures and evaluating strategic options. He has played a key role in a number of complex restructuring engagements, predominantly within the mid-market segment. Originally from the UK, Stuart previously worked in the North West of England and is now based in Sydney.
