Stephanie Carvajal is a Senior Vice President on Teneo’s Teneo Connect team, based in New York.
Stephanie advises global clients on the strategy and execution of high-impact convenings, executive engagements and global event platforms that bring together leaders across business, government and philanthropy. She works closely with senior executives to design and deliver curated forums and experiences around major international gatherings that strengthen relationships, elevate thought leadership and advance strategic priorities.
Prior to joining Teneo, Stephanie led operations and event strategy at Handshake Partners, where she oversaw more than 50 high-profile engagements alongside global forums including the World Economic Forum in Davos, COP27 and COP28, the Milken Global Conference, the Vatican Investor Summit and the United Nations General Assembly.
Earlier in her career, Stephanie held roles in fundraising, events and operations at the New York City Mayor’s Office and several nonprofit organizations, including the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR).
Stephanie holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida.
