Sophie Marsden is an Associate Director with Teneo’s Strategy & Communications business, based in London.
Sophie has over nine years’ experience as a strategic corporate and consumer communications advisor, supporting some of the world’s most iconic brands to navigate complex challenges for their business and deliver high impact campaigns that enhance their reputations.
Sophie is skilled at providing creative, insight-driven solutions for clients, combining reputation and issues management, with proactive media relations, strategic partnerships, and digital storytelling to deliver against client objectives and reach a multitude of audiences.
With experience spanning across multiple sectors, Sophie has led on the development and execution of successful communications and integrated campaigns for a broad range of clients including Tesco, Vitality, King, Facebook and Virgin Media O2.
A qualified multi-media journalist, Sophie graduated with a BA Honours degree from Bournemouth University and is able to provide a journalist’s perspective on media issues handling. Prior to joining Teneo, Sophie worked at Text100 supporting clients including Pizza Hut, Burton’s Biscuit Company and Chivas Brothers.
