Sophie Lodite is a Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory team, based in Bristol.

Sophie has 10 years of restructuring experience and is both ACA and JIEB qualified. Sophie has experience across a wide range of restructuring situations, working with management teams in respect of underperformance and short-term cash constraints, through to financial distress and insolvency.

Sophie is also part of the national Managed Exit team, which supports large global corporates to exit from non-core and underperforming operations.

 
Selected Project Experience:

• Strategic exit advice to a Japanese owned, UK based manufacturer in respect of the potential exit from four unprofitable manufacturing lines in two European markets.
• Support to a listed retailer on the exit from 30 sites (post review of over 400 sites).
• Options review and implementation support for an underperforming UK recruitment provider, including consideration of a combination of sale, solvent wind down or insolvency.
