Simrin Rawal is a Consultant with Teneo Management Consulting. During her time at Teneo, she has supported clients in value proposition development, prioritization and implementation of strategic initiatives, and operating model redesign.

Prior to joining Teneo, Simrin was a paralegal at an insurance defense firm. She held internships at a sales and advertising start-up and a wealth management advisory. Simrin has a great deal of experience in the non-profit industry, most recently serving as a member of the Young Professional Board for Exhale to Inhale.

Simrin graduated from New York University in December of 2019 with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Studies.
