Shivam Saraf is a Vice President with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Singapore.
Shivam has over five years of experience in investor relations, with a focus on the semiconductor sector. He supports senior management teams on matters relating to capital markets communications, investor engagement and transaction-related positioning, with a focus on delivering clear, strategic narratives that resonate with institutional investors and analysts.
Prior to his work in investor relations, Shivam was a buy-side analyst at a private equity firm, where he gained exposure to growth-stage investments across Southeast Asia. His responsibilities included market research, financial modelling and due diligence on a range of deals. He also served as an interim CFO for a portfolio company, playing a key role in its eventual sale.
Shivam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from Singapore Management University. He brings a commercially grounded and analytical perspective to his work, drawing on experience across both the investment and corporate advisory sides of the capital markets.
