Sarah Marshall has over 15 years client facing experience (in Australia, the Middle East and the United Kingdom) advising global corporates, lenders and shareholders across both public and private sectors. Her experience ranges from business reviews, cash flow monitoring, senior debt restructurings and financial advisory to contingency planning, options analysis and formal insolvencies.

Prior to the sale of the Deloitte Restructuring business to Teneo, Sarah was seconded to Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Professional Standards Review (PSR) team. The PSR team performed independent reviews of all client deliverables across Financial Advisory business service lines, including buy & sell side M&A, Vendor Due Diligence, Vendor Assist, Agreed Upon Procedures, Valuations, Financial Modelling and Restructuring services.

The high-performing PSR team operated in a pressured time critical environment, consistently undertaking, advising and providing guidance and clearance on business and risk critical matters. Sarah permanently joined the Teneo Financial Advisory Quality and Risk Management team and is now responsible for client and engagement acceptance, reporting queries, risk reviews of deliverables and for technical guidance, contracting and client facing team support across the Financial Advisory business in the UK and globally.

Sarah competed her Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Corporate Finance and Investment Finance) degree at the University of Western Australia in 2008 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012.
