Samuel has 10+ years experience in the fields of climate, energy, environment and transport policy, working first in the non-profit sector for the European Climate Climate Foundation and then the public sector at the European Free Trade Association.
Samuel has a Master in Political Science from the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and a post-graduate certificate in business administration from the Brussels Solvay School of Economics and Management.
