Ryan Cybart is a Senior Vice President with Teneo. In this role, he focuses on new business development, activism defense, financial communications, M&A advisory, capital structure optimization, strategic recapitalization, and financial restructuring.

Prior to joining Teneo, Ryan was an Equity Research Associate with MUFG Securities. In this role, he was responsible for the coverage of 18 publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REITs) which included building detailed financial models, publishing research reports that communicated company / industry trends, and engaging directly with buy-side clients and C-suite level executives. Ryan also served as an Assistant Vice President in Bank of America’s Internal Audit division, where he was responsible for evaluating and opining on internal processes within the bank’s Equity Research, Sales and Trading, Equity Capital Markets, and Investment Banking divisions.

Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut and is a CFA Charterholder.
