Rodolphe Roch is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in London.
Rodolphe began his career in transaction services at PwC and mergers and acquisitions at JPMorgan, before moving into leveraged finance structuring roles at CIBC and Barclays Capital. Over the past 18 years, he has specialised in advisory, most recently serving as European Head of Strategic Debt Solutions at Jefferies, where he advised clients on a wide range of financing solutions.
Rodolphe has developed a holistic approach to debt financing, advising on more than a dozen instruments, including leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, unitranche, NAV financings, European & U.S. private placements, subordinated debt (Mezzanine & PIK), convertibles and asset-backed solutions, among others.
Over the years, and in his precedent roles, Rodolphe has sourced and executed over 60 transactions. These have included the refinancing of Prinsen Berning (owned by Bencis Capital) with a unitranche instrument (NL), an inventory monetisation for Essar Oil UK (UK), a European private placement for Groupe Chargeurs (FR), the restructuring and receivables financing for Groupe Royer (FR), a loan club deal for INEOS Enterprise (UK), an inaugural high-yield bond for Zoopla (UK), and a sale and leaseback-based financing solution for Nagra Kudelski (CH).
Rodolphe holds a Masters Degree from the EDHEC Business School.
