Robert Ditrich

Senior Managing Director

Robert Ditrich is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in Melbourne.

He has more than 28 years of experience advising across a range of sectors including property, retail, construction, agriculture, manufacturing and financial services. Prior to joining Teneo following its acquisition of PwC’s Australian Business Restructuring Services unit, Robert was a Partner at PwC, where he acted as Administrator, Liquidator, Receiver and Manager of a significant number of corporate entities nationwide.

Robert has significant expertise in corporate restructuring appointments, personal bankruptcy engagements and advisory roles for lenders, corporates and government stakeholders. His experience includes acting as lead Voluntary Administrator of the Essential Ingredient Group, joint Administrator of the Godfreys Group, joint Receiver and Manager of Elysian Energy and liquidator of hundreds of entities around Australia. He has also advised major Australian banks on large property and agricultural portfolios, served as Trustee on behalf of the Victorian Department of Justice and acted as Special Purpose Liquidator of Registered Training Organisations.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Commercial Law) and is a Chartered Accountant. He is a Registered Liquidator and a Member of both Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA).
