Rob Pearson is a Director with Teneo and has fifteen years’ experience in sponsorship strategy development, activation, sponsorship valuation, commercial modelling, and strategic communications campaigns.
Rob is part of the senior management team that lead’s the Sports Advisory practice, a team that has twice been named European Sponsorship Agency of the Year (2021 and 2017) at the European Sponsorship Awards.
Rob has devised and managed integrated marketing campaigns for brands across the automotive, energy, FMCG, financial, FinTech, health, retail and technology sectors. Rob leads the Dublin office’s sponsorship evaluation offering, providing consultancy and a suite of tools to assist rights holders and brands looking to realise the full potential of sponsorships as well as research and insight development and oversees the company’s annual Sport & Sponsorship Index, a nationally representative body of research looking at attitudes towards sport, exercise, sponsorship and the role that sponsors play in combatting societal issues.
In addition, Rob has experience in sponsorship procurement and negotiation working on behalf of rights holders and brands to create long term and mutually beneficial partnerships.
Rob is passionate about sport and physical exercise having played hockey at representative level and is now involved in triathlon and marathon running.
