Rebecca Gill is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in Melbourne.
She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate advisory and restructuring services, advising financiers, boards, management teams and government stakeholders on financial viability and restructuring outcomes. Prior to joining Teneo following its acquisition of PwC’s Australian Business Restructuring Services unit, Rebecca was a Partner at PwC, having led the Corporate Simplification service offering and advised on solvent exits, large-scale legal entity rationalisation programs and optimal structure projects.
Rebecca has led numerous complex restructuring and insolvency assignments, including acting as deed administrator of Dixon Advisory and Superannuation Services Pty Ltd, as liquidator for multi-national corporations undertaking corporate simplification projects and as voluntary administrator of a retail and food services group. She has also advised early-stage businesses on financial viability, cash flow constraints and restructuring strategies, and conducted financial capability reviews for a range of government departments.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University. She is a Registered Liquidator and a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA).
