Associate Director

Rachel McFadden is an Associate Director with Teneo’s brand team, based in Dublin.

Rachel has worked in agency for over five years across brand and sponsorship, consulting on a variety of industries  including the energy sector, convenience and fuel retail sector, and FMCG, building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. Rachel prides herself on bridging gaps, managing relationships, and ensuring beneficial outcomes to strike a harmonious tone in relationships with clients.

Rachel is passionate about marketing and communications, from idea generation and creative concept development to campaign execution – making the brands she works on relevant to the people who consume them. Rachel is adept at supporting her colleagues across various aspects of client projects.

Rachel holds a B.Sc. Honours Degree in Marketing from Technological University Dublin (TUD). She completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations and Online Communications, at the Fitzwilliam Institute, with Distinction, in 2019.
