Rachel Harris is an Executive Assistant with Teneo’s People Advisory business, having joined the firm following Teneo’s acquisition of Ridgeway.

Rachel Harris joined Ridgeway in January 2022 as an executive assistant in the Consumer practice to manage the day-to-day running of Consumer searches. She has over 20-years of experience in executive search, previously working for Norman Broadbent where she was initially practice manager for the interim management practice and then practice lead of their leadership consultancy practice.

Rachel’s career spans a variety of companies including the BBC, BP and co-founding a boutique Architectural, Design and Construction recruitment business. Her prior role was with Grosvenor working with the Grosvenor Estate HR Director both as an HR Business Partner to group functions and as an EA.

Rachel is an Associate Member of CIPD attaining the Level 7 Advanced Diploma, an accredited BPS Test User: Occupational, Personality and Ability and a certified Mental Health First Aider. She is currently undertaking the ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring certification.
