Manager

Pierce Tuite is a Manager in Teneo Value+ based out of the London office. Over the course of his career, Pierce has focused on working collaboratively with businesses to improve profitability, cash flow and capital efficiency at pace.

Pierce provides hands on support to clients through transformation and turnaround situations. Project experience includes managing financial and operational transformations, commercial diagnostics, short term cash flow management and business/turnaround planning. Pierce also has experience of working on large trading administrations and stakeholder advisory projects.

Pierce joined Teneo in 2021 as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business. He previously qualified as an ACA in Deloitte’s International business where he provided Audit and Assurance services to listed and large private businesses across a variety of sectors.

The Value+ team advises clients on areas such as 100 Day Planning, Cash Flow Management, Working Capital Optimisation, Cost reduction and Operating Model Optimisation, Maximising Exit Value and Turnaround Planning and Execution.
