Phan Le is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Strategy & Communications Advisory business segment in San Francisco. He has experience advising clients across multiple industries on issues related to investor relations, financial communications, and special situations, including management transitions, executive positioning, IPOs, M&A and shareholder activism.

Prior to joining Teneo, Phan spent ten years as an equity research analyst. At Franklin Templeton, he oversaw all consumer related investments for a $5 billion fund. Prior to that, he covered the specialty retail and apparel industry at Credit Suisse and restaurants at Lazard Capital Markets. He also worked in the Corporate FP&A group at Shutterfly where he led the long-range planning and budgeting process.

Phan holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.S. and B.A. from The University of California, Davis.
