Olga Gordusenko is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s Management Consulting business, based in London. Olga is a key member of the firm’s Consumer and Economics practice, where she supports clients in driving growth, digital transformation and operational excellence.
Before joining Teneo, Olga spent more than 15 years at McKinsey & Company, progressing from Associate to Partner. During her tenure, she led strategy development as well as commercial and operational transformations across multiple sectors, including retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, logistics and agriculture, advising organisations around the world.
Olga brings deep expertise in helping businesses drive growth and expand market share through strategy-led execution. She has led digital transformations enabling companies to adopt digital-first models, enhance efficiency and achieve operational excellence. Her experience spans building scalable e-commerce platforms, developing customer-centric digital products and applying advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to optimise pricing, promotions and end-to-end operations.
