Nicolas Bucci is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in London.
Nicolas brings over 12 years of experience in European leveraged finance and capital markets, with deep expertise in sub-investment grade debt across all instruments.
He has advised private equity sponsors and corporates on a wide range of strategic transactions, from LBO and M&A financings to refinancings and recapitalisations, delivering tailored capital structure solutions aligned with client objectives and market conditions.
Prior to joining Teneo, Nicolas led the creation and development of the Leveraged and Acquisition Debt Advisory practice at Bryan, Garnier & Co (acquired by Stifel Europe in 2025), advising private equity and corporate borrowers, including a number of high‑growth companies, on complex private debt transactions. Before that, Nicolas spent nearly a decade in Société Générale’s Leveraged Debt Capital Markets team in London, focusing on European High Yield bond origination and execution. During his time at Société Générale, Nicolas worked on more than 100 transactions for leading private equity-owned and corporate issuers, including several high‑profile acquisition financings and refinancings.
Nicolas began his career in credit research and rating advisory, building strong foundations in credit analysis, financial modelling and rating methodologies.
