Nick Claydon is CEO of Teneo in the UK. He advises the senior leadership of some of the world’s leading businesses and organisations across a range of sectors.

Nick brings thirty years’ experience in strategic, financial and M&A, crisis and political communications to help clients manage complex reputational challenges.

Prior to joining Teneo, Nick was a Senior Partner at Brunswick Group LLP, an international corporate and financial communications consulting firm where he spent more than twenty years.  In that time, he ran the London office, served on the global management committee and led the firm’s offer to major clients across Europe.

Nick was previously Head of Communications at British Airways, responsible for worldwide PR. He began his career as a parliamentary aide and political consultant in Westminster.

Nick has held a number of non-executive roles, including as a trustee of the political think tank Demos and is a board member of Maggie’s and a member of the development board of the English National Ballet.
