Nathalie de Gaulle started her career in Debt Capital Market at Société Générale CIB in London, before joining the Finance Department of the ENGIE Group as part of its high-potential executive program.

Since 2012, Nathalie has co-founded several European and International ventures, notably in renewable energy and technology. In 2018, after an experience as Director of Government Affairs and Central Banks at the start-up LEDGER, she co-founded the Research & Development company NB INNOVATION, aiming to develop bioplastics and recycle plastics in high performance industrial sectors. In 2019, she established Princeps Strategy, a consulting firm in Strategic Development and Institutional Affairs. She has been invited to speak on entrepreneurship and business verticals at various international Forums such as theArabian Businesswomen Forum; the Doha Forum; the Africa Blockchain Summit; the Hong-Kong & Paris Business Forum, the Global Baku Forum or theImperial Springs International Forum. She is a co-founder of SOCIETER, the Teneo company and leading consultancy in sustainable leadership. A graduate from Sciences Po Paris and HEC Paris, she also holds an Executive Education certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. 

Nathalie is a former elected representative of French overseas citizens. She is also a member of Comex40, the Executive Committee of the MEDEF – the largest French Trade association – which brings together 45 managers and founders under 40 years old, a member of the Executive Committee of the Responsible Growth Foundation, and a Board member of Mission Laïque Française, the largest private schools and high schools network in France.
