Mithila Vararajan is an Associate Director within Financial Advisory, having joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business.

Mithila has several years of corporate restructuring experience, providing support to clients in both distressed and non-distressed situations across a broad spectrum of industries and jurisdictions.

Mithila now specialises in corporate simplification projects with a primary focus on solvent exits, legal entity reduction and wind down planning and implementation.

Mithila is an ACA qualified chartered accountant and graduated from the University of Warwick with a BSc (Hons) degree in MORSE (Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics).
