Michael Conway is a Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in London.
Michael will be playing a central role in building and scaling Teneo’s cybersecurity and forensic capabilities, working across service lines to bring integrated solutions to market across the EMEA and key global jurisdictions.
Michael brings 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, digital forensics and risk, combining senior advisory consulting experience with inhouse leadership roles, including in his last role where he was Regional Chief Information Security Officer at Chanel for 6 years, and his four years leading cybercrime and digital fraud investigations at Barclays. This combination enables him to advise with credibility while drawing on first-hand experience of operating, prioritising and responding to cyber risk within complex, global organisations.
Michael works directly with boards and executive teams to manage cyber as a critical business risk, leading response to high-stakes incidents, complex investigations and regulatory matters, and shoring up resilience across transformation and operational environments.
He has an established record of delivering large-scale security transformation programmes, establishing and operating security functions, and leading multidisciplinary teams through complex, time critical situations across financial services, energy, retail and industrial sectors.
