Megan focuses on supporting the development of corporate communications strategy, including: investor relations, executive positioning, M&A transactions and special situations management.
Her routine responsibilities as part of the investor relations practice are investment proposition development and refinement, quarterly earnings preparation and shareholder base analysis and targeting. Additional strategic work includes M&A communications.
Prior to joining Teneo, Megan worked at General Electric as part of the Financial Management Program, which specializes in leadership development for the finance function. Throughout the intensive two year-program within GE Capital, she held various financial planning and analysis and controllership positions across London, Texas and Connecticut.
Megan is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, with a B.A. degree in economics and accounting.
