Max Huang is a Managing Director at Teneo, where he advises global Fortune 500 clients on investor relations strategy, capital markets positioning and financial communications.
Max brings over a decade of expertise in equity narrative development, investor engagement and special situations. He has successfully led transformative investor relations programs across a diverse range of industries, including aerospace & defense, energy, chemicals, retail, fintech and media & entertainment.
Max’s work has helped companies reframe strategic narratives, articulate long-term value creation frameworks and enhance capital markets visibility. He has also supported clients on some of their most high-profile M&A transactions and shareholder activist campaigns, as well as Investor Days.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
