Matthew Mansell is an Associate Director in our financial advisory tax practice in London. He specialises in advising on reorganisations and reconstructions, as well as insolvencies.

Before joining Teneo in May 2021, Matthew was part of the Deloitte Mergers and Acquisitions team for three years, focussing primarily on restructurings and infrastructure transactions (including both due diligence and tax structuring support).

Prior to his time at Deloitte, Matthew worked at a mid-sized accounting firm in a general corporation tax advisory role for five years.
