Martin Pengelley is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in London. Martin joined Teneo following the firm’s acquisition of Tulchan Communications.

Martin joined Tulchan in 2014, following a 30-year career as a corporate broker with Deutsche Bank. An expert in corporate transactions and respected for his broader strategic advice, Martin continues to advise Chairmen, CEOs and CFOs on the reputation of their companies in the capital markets and the media.

Martin has been a NED and Audit Committee Chair at an AIM-listed company and is a Trustee of the Deutsche Bank UK pension scheme. Outside work, Martin is Chairman of a local advice centre charity and was a school Trustee for 16 years.
