With over 25 years of experience spanning financial markets, strategic communications, and executive advisory, Marie-Laurence Bouchon brings a uniquely diversified perspective to Teneo’s clients. She advises senior executives on corporate and financial communications, including IPOs, Capital Markets Days, M&A, and leadership transitions.

Marie-Laurence is the founder of Three Sixty Advisory, through which she supports leaders and their teams on communication, transformation, and leadership challenges. Earlier in her career, she served as EVP, Communications and member of the Executive Committee at Edenred, and as Group Communications Director at SCOR.

Marie-Laurence began her career in equity sales, advising institutional investors across Europe and the US, before moving into strategic communications consulting at Brunswick Group and Gavin Anderson. A graduate of HEC Paris, Sciences Po Grenoble, and ESCP Business School, she is also an ICF-certified coach.
