Malachy Geraghty is the Director of Creative Strategy with Teneo’s Strategy & Communications Advisory business segment in Dublin.
He has worked in creative for his entire career with ideation and creative problem solving his forte. He has worked on creative challenges across the globe working on creative and content strategy, campaign development and innovation for some of the world’s leading brands.
He has extensive international experience working in several developing markets in the Pacific and Asia. He worked as the Head of Creative for Digicel in the Pacific and Asia and was based in Fiji for 6 years. During his time in Fiji, he worked across 6 Pacific island nations, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Myanmar. He developed one of the leading creative teams in the region.
Before joining Teneo Malachy worked as the Creative Director for Glanbia where he worked with some of the world’s biggest nutrition and performance nutrition brands. During his time at Glanbia he also started and expanded the capabilities of the creative team, helping to create a hugely successful internal creative agency.
He is a graduate of the National College of Art and Design holding a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications. He also holds a first-class honours degree in Digital Innovation, Design and Technology from the Digital Skills Academy, a Diploma in UX from the UX Design Institute and has recently completed Design Thinking training with IBM.
