Lucy Brady is a Manager in Teneo’s Restructuring Services Tax practice, having joined Teneo in March 2023.

Lucy has a diverse project base, spanning all geographies and sectors including construction, retail and aviation. Lucy has advised on the tax implications of a range of distressed M&A, insolvency and refinancing projects, working closely with legal and creditor contacts to achieve the commercial aims.

Prior to Teneo, Lucy worked at KPMG in the Private Equity Funds Taxation Team. During this time she gained her Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor qualifications.
