Kristin Lamoriello is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Stategy & Communications business, based in New York.

In this role, Kristin advises clients on a wide range of critical communications issues in addition to the development and ongoing support of investor relations and financial communications programs. Her experience has included high profile special situations related to M&A, restructurings, shareholder activism and investor engagement across a broad range of sectors including industrials, financial services, consumer and insurance.

Prior to Teneo, Kristin was a Strategic Planning Manager in the Executive Office of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York where she began her role during the financial crisis of 2008. Kristin held key roles liaising between lines of business, Management Committee, and the Board of Directors on matters related to U.S. Payment System Initiatives and the Strategic Planning Office.

Kristin began her career in investment banking at KeyBanc Capital Markets in the real estate group where she focused on REIT primary offerings, M&A and leveraged buyouts, and subsequently transitioned to private equity at Onex Real Estate Partners. At Onex, Kristin was responsible for the evaluation of leveraged buyout opportunities and other capital markets transactions including high yield debt.

Kristin holds a B.S. in finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
