Kevin Seifert

Advisor

Kevin Seifert is an Advisor at Teneo with over 15 years of experience advising Republican officeholders and candidates on public policy, communications and campaign strategies.

Since 2008, Kevin has worked in senior roles in the U.S. House of Representatives, within non-profits and on political campaigns. He is currently the Chief of Staff to former Speaker of the House and Teneo Vice Chairman, Paul Ryan.

Previously, Kevin has served as Speaker Ryan’s DC Chief of Staff, Communications Director and Campaign Manager. In 2015, Kevin founded Team Ryan, Speaker Ryan’s national political operation, and assisted hundreds of Republican House candidates in winning election to Congress. He is a recognized expert in the dynamics of Congress, modern campaign strategies and public policy. During his career, Kevin has also worked as a senior advisor to Congressman Mike Gallagher (R-WI), Congresswoman Liz Cheney (R-WY) and Congressman Peter Meijer (R-MI).

Kevin is Vice President with the American Idea Foundation, a Wisconsin-based non-profit focused on evidence-based strategies to reduce poverty and is also a member of the Board of Regents at The Fund for American Studies.

Kevin is a graduate of Marquette University and obtained a master’s in public policy from Georgetown University.
