Katie Graham Dower

Associate Director

Katie Graham Dower is an Associate Director in Teneo’s London Strategy and Communications team.

Katie’s expertise lies in navigating complex issues to create campaigns that increase trust and shift perceptions among the audiences that matter most, from consumers, to investors and political audiences. Since joining Teneo in 2016, she has worked across a range of sectors, developing and delivering communications strategies targeted at a broad range of stakeholders.

Experienced in sustainability and ESG communications, Katie supports clients to contextualise and communicate their sustainability commitments as a part of their wider business strategy, developing campaign moments that gain cut through with the right audiences.

With a strong background in media relations and issues management, Katie leads media networking, executive profiling and speaker engagement programmes for several clients and is also experienced in content creation and social execution, frequently advising on social strategy and leading content development for a variety of channels.

Katie has spent time living and working abroad prior to joining Teneo and recently completed a secondment with Teneo’s Brussels office. She holds a B.A. in French and German from the University of Oxford.
