Kathryn Llewellyn

Vice President

Kathryn Llewellyn is a Vice President with Teneo’s Risk Advisory business segment. Ms. Llewellyn has experience and expertise in business operations and risk management focused on security strategy program development and implementation, enterprise risk assessment and project management.

Prior to joining Teneo, Ms. Llewellyn worked for the Risk Assistance Network & Exchange (RANE), a start-up in risk management information and advisory, where she was responsible for business operations and system management and supported clients in coordination, development and execution of enterprise risk assessments; policy reviews and gap analyses; security program implementation; and pre-transaction due diligence. She also supported new business development and client account management efforts.

Before joining RANE, Kathryn worked at Kroll, where she coordinated enterprise technology roll-outs, due diligence initiatives, new business development and account management on behalf of global corporate and financial services clients. Previously, she was a corporate legal assistant at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where she supported attorneys in all aspects of IPO, M&A and financing transactions.

Kathryn holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
