Previously Katarina served as Head of Public Affairs for the IKEA Group and developed IKEAs first-ever Public Affairs strategy. This included setting the first strategic priority areas in close contact with key internal stakeholders to align the Public Affairs activities with different business strategies. Before this she led the EU Affairs team, developing the engagement strategy on the EU level in key topics, including Relationship building and building alliances with other businesses, NGOs and consumer groups. Prior to this she served as Chief of Staff to a Swedish Member of the European Parliament.
