Juliana Bruton-Dubois

Managing Director

Juliana Bruton-Dubois is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in London.  She leads integrated communications accounts that span corporate communications, employee engagement, risk and issues, public affairs and change management.

Juliana has advised clients at the highest levels, leading reputation-building proactive campaigns, developing and embedding company narratives, managing and preparing for issues and crises, implementing a variety of complex change communications programmes, internal communications and employee engagement, stakeholder management, content production and leadership coaching. She has worked with her clients to protect and rebuild reputations across multiple audiences, re-position organisations, change behaviours and create high-profile proactive communications activity that drives business value across markets.

Juliana leads our Health Sector activity within Strategy and Communications and has experience across a broad range of sectors including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, charity, professional services, housing, technology and education & skills.
