Judith Shields is a Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business in New Zealand, based in Christchurch.
Judith has over 15 years of business restructuring experience across New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Prior to joining Teneo as part of the acquisition of PwC’s New Zealand Business Restructuring Services unit, she was a Director within PwC’s Restructuring team.
Judith works with management teams and key stakeholders to quickly and critically assess complex situations in times of stress and uncertainty. Her experience includes business appraisals, viability assessments, options advice, short-term cash flow reviews and business improvement plans. She provides guidance on turnaround strategies and structured wind downs to achieve optimal outcomes in challenging circumstances.
Judith is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner who also leads and undertakes formal insolvency appointments in New Zealand, including voluntary administrations, liquidations and receiverships.
