Senior Vice President

J.P. Kaytrosh is a Senior Vice President with Teneo’s Strategy & Communications business.

​J.P. supports clients by creating and executing effective strategies to drive results by communicating complex information. Over the course of his career, J.P. has supported clients across various sectors, including industrials, natural resources, e-commerce, retail, regional government and healthcare. His areas of expertise include restructuring, investor relations, litigation support, mergers and acquisitions and crisis support. In his transactional work, J.P. has supported M&A deals totaling well over $100 billion in value.

His sector-agnostic bankruptcy and financial restructuring work spans a diverse array of clients in out-of-court and in-court situations, including sales of asset as part of Chapter 11. In these situations, J.P.’s strategic communications advice is focused on preserving the value of the company, including its relationships with key stakeholders like customers, vendors and employees, in order to maximize the potential benefits of and position the company for success following the restructuring.

J.P. is based in Los Angeles and holds a B.A. in Judaic Studies and Political Science from Tufts University, as well as MBA and Master of Planning (Transportation & Infrastructure) degrees from the University of Southern California.
