Jodie Rae Jordan is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Risk Advisory business, based in New York.
In this role, Jodie focuses on client relationship management and business development across the Security Risk Advisory practice, partnering with organizations to address complex security challenges through integrated risk advisory solutions.
Prior to joining Teneo, Jodie served as Director of Global Business Development at Kroll, where she cultivated and expanded strategic client relationships across the firm’s security and cyber practices. During her tenure, she held leadership roles within the Enterprise Security Risk Management and Cyber and Data Resilience practices, advising clients on proactive and reactive risk mitigation strategies while leading strategic initiatives that enhanced operational excellence and supported business growth. In addition to her client responsibilities, Jodie was Global Chair of Kroll’s Veterans Employee Network, leading initiatives to support the firm’s veteran community and promote the recruitment, development and advancement of veterans across the organization.
Before transitioning to the private sector, Jodie served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Throughout her military career, she led teams responsible for logistics, physical security and risk management in complex operational environments globally. She also directed the planning and deployment of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) in support of Department of Defense missions, bringing extensive experience in security planning, operational leadership and mission-critical infrastructure.
