Jess Mehmet is a Senior Consultant with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in Bermuda.
Jess is an experienced chartered accountant (ACA) with a strong background in financial services advisory. She joined Teneo as a Senior Consultant following 4 years at Grant Thornton in Ireland, where she completed her traineeship. Throughout her career, Jess has developed a solid foundation in insolvency and restructuring, specializing in managing Receiverships and Members’ Voluntary Liquidations.
Prior to joining Teneo, Jess held the role of Senior at Grant Thornton in the Financial Services Advisory department, where she oversaw a portfolio of Receiverships which included residential, commercial real estate, and land assets. She demonstrated expertise in maximizing asset returns within set timelines, managing stakeholder relationships, and resolving complex disputes between chargeholders, solicitors, sales agents, and local authorities. Jess also played a key role in training junior staff and coordinating banking teams, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
